We hope you adore your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit on full-priced items returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings, beauty products, fragrances, or sale items, unless they are faulty.

If you believe an item is faulty, please bring it back to us so we can assess it and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. Our aim is always to be fair, thoughtful, and respectful, just as we would wish for ourselves.
